The production process of PU stone is mainly divided into material preparation, mold making, coloring, pouring raw materials, foaming molding, trimming, secondary coloring, drying, inspection, and packaging.
The production of PU stone mainly uses polyurethane materials, which are foamed by isocyanate and polyether polyol. The polyester type has the characteristics of good weather resistance and high strength, and is suitable for indoor and outdoor decoration;
A good mold is the key to making PU stone. Our mold can well guarantee the quality and appearance of the product. Our mold is made of a stable steel frame plus a class A PU/silicone inner template, and is made according to the design drawings and size requirements. The production of the mold requires the manufacturer to have rich experience and skills to accurately restore the required texture. We have 15 years of experience in mold making.
One is PVC film coloring, which makes the color film blend with PU, and the other is spray painting, which sprays the paint inside the mold and blends with PU during the molding process.
Connect the two PU raw materials to the foaming machine, adjust the configuration parameters, and inject the PU raw materials into the mold after fully mixing them mechanically. Our foaming machine can inject the raw materials into the mold evenly and accurately, ensuring that the injected materials can fill the entire mold and there will be no defects such as bubbles and cracks.
The mold that has been injected with raw materials is waiting for foaming molding. Through the pressure of the mold cover, the bubbles in the mold are discharged when the raw materials foam and expand, making the material more solid, ensuring the product's load-bearing capacity and durability.
