On December 9, 2024, we welcomed two very important clients To visit our factory , Kuma and Sharma, from India. They run a company specializing in architectural beautification and restoration, which has been operating since 2003.
They are managed by a team of professionals and technocrats having a vast experience and specialization in this segment. Over the past twenty years we built our presence through the nation and offered one of the most comprehensive products platforms ranging from designer and decorative coatings, functional coatings, stamped concrete, manufactured stone veneers etc, and has covered millions of square meter.
They come to our place, Zhengzhou city , Henan Province, lean the new products,soft magnetic production technology or flexible stones production.
During the inspection of the factory, we observed the production process of soft porcelain products, soft magnetic production equipment, soft magnetic mold production workshop, soft magnetic raw materials, steam curing system, etc. After some detailed discussions and some of the customer’s needs, we designated two production plans for the customer.
One is manual production, which is flexible and can produce multiple models of different types of products, it is more suitable for high-quality display.
Another is semi-automatic production + steaming and curing system, combined with the wet casting production line solution, integrates production from loading, mixing, auto dossing , unloading, palletizing, to steaming and curing, reducing labor and production costs and increasing output.
We sigh the contract each other , first manual machine and flexible silicone molds for starting the business, customers can buy materials from local or our factories. Then they will come our factory again, learn the technology and order semi automatic flexible stones making machines.
At the same time, Turkish customers, Czech customers, and Algerian customers from other countries have been in participating the seven-day production training in our factory and are very satisfied with the products we produce.
