Our Automatic Liquid Raw Material Dosing System accurately meters water (0.75kW pump), emulsion (300L/min), additives (1500ml/min peristaltic), and fibers (200L bin with conveyor). Achieves ±1% liquid accuracy and ±5‰ fiber precision. Includes weighing hoppers, load cells, and elevating track—fully integrated for consistent, repeatable flexible stone formulations.
