On March 15, 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting two significant clients at our factory. Mr. Patel and Ms. Singh, hailing from India, own a company that focuses on high – end interior and exterior design, established in 2005. Their firm has a reputation for delivering exquisite design solutions across India, backed by a team of experienced designers and engineers well – versed in the latest trends and technologies in the design industry.
Our company, based in Zhengzhou city, Henan Province, has, over the past decade, developed a diverse product portfolio. We are well – known for our innovative flexible stones, which offer a lightweight, durable, and aesthetically pleasing alternative to traditional stone materials. In addition to flexible stones, we also produce a range of related products such as special adhesives for stone installation and custom – designed stone – finishing accessories.
Mr. Patel and Ms. Singh visited our factory to explore our new generation of flexible stones and learn about our advanced production processes. During their factory tour, they closely examined our production line, from the raw material preparation area where we source high – quality polymers and natural aggregates, to the molding section where our state – of – the – art machinery shapes the flexible stones with precision. They were particularly interested in our quality control procedures, which ensure that each product meets the highest standards.
After in – depth discussions about their specific project requirements, we proposed two production plans tailored to their needs. The first plan was a semi – manual production method. This approach allows for greater customization, as our skilled workers can manually adjust the production process to create unique stone textures and patterns. It is ideal for their high – end, bespoke projects where attention to detail is crucial.
The second plan was a fully automated production line, which combines advanced mixing, molding, and curing technologies. This option significantly reduces production time and labor costs while maintaining a high level of product consistency. It is more suitable for large – scale projects that require a high volume of products.
Following these discussions, we reached an initial agreement. The clients decided to start with the semi – manual production setup, including the purchase of our flexible stone – making molds and a set of sample materials. They can choose to source additional materials either locally in India or from our factory, depending on cost – effectiveness and quality requirements. In the near future, they plan to return to our factory for in – depth training on the operation of the fully automated flexible stones making machines.
Simultaneously, we also have clients from other parts of the world engaged in our factory. Spanish customers are currently undergoing a five – day training program on flexible stone installation techniques, while Brazilian clients are evaluating our new range of stone – finishing products. All of them have expressed high satisfaction with our products and services.

When making these molds, we consider various factors like size, thickness, style, output and texture. We use diverse technologies such as PU vulcanization, rubber die-casting, PVC plasticization, vacuum forming, injection molding and silicone curing to meet different customers’ customized needs.

For mold parameters and dimensions, we can customize various molds including integrated circular belt ones. Our standard flexible ceramic tile molds are 1.2m×2.4m, with a thickness of 2-20mm. We can also provide individual molds over 3m for special requirements.
