Background
In early August 2025, Aarav Industries identified a growing market for eco‑friendly lightweight cladding. Believing in flexible stone and transparent flexible stone, they decided to build a dedicated product line. After digital communication, they scheduled an on‑site visit to assess our capabilities.
Factory Visit (September 2, 2025)
The team visited our facility on September 2, observing our fully automated line – from batching to curing, texturing, and cutting. They reviewed real‑time capacity, equipment configuration, and our proprietary transparent process. Discussions covered formulations, finishes, and project references. Our ability to adapt recipes for different climates – crucial for India – impressed them.
Second Meeting (September 18, 2025)
Convinced by our automation and samples, Aarav returned on September 18 for focused negotiations. We addressed custom samples, factory planning for their 15,000‑sq‑ft Mumbai facility, and a turnkey solution. Both parties agreed on a phased rollout with a 300‑sq‑m/day line.
Project Execution (November 25, 2025)
On November 25, the client placed the deposit. We mapped the layout, initiated equipment fabrication, provided weekly updates, and customised the formula for Mumbai’s humidity to ensure stable curing.
Training & Handover (January 10–February 5, 2026)
Prior to shipment (January 10–12), Aarav’s technicians attended training on operation, maintenance, and QC. After installation, our engineers conducted on‑site commissioning and a 5‑day hands‑on session (January 28 – February 1). By February 5, first‑batch panels met all standards.
Outcome
Today, Aarav Industries operates a fully functional line, supplying transparent and opaque panels to premium hotels and luxury residences. Their new product line elevates their brand and positions them as a first‑mover in India’s flexible stone market.
